Our microbiological analyses are carried out internally on our site, which gives us great autonomy and flexibility.

Biodurden Tests

Our microbiological team ensures the control of our:

• finished products
• raw materials
• manufacturing equipment (between each campaign)
• production environments according to criticality (floor, wall, air, production bench)
• packaging items

As part of our new projects, the microbiology department actively participates in development and analytical transfer. For fast, reliable and fully automated bacteria and yeasts identification, we are equipped with the Vitek® system. Finally, for the sterilization of our equipment we have an Autoclave with a capacity of 250L
